We provide educational and coaching-style digital programs and experiences, which may include course materials, audio activations, community access, live or recorded sessions, and related resources ("Content").

Some Services are delivered through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law.

• You may be required to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Sharing login credentials or Content is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of these Terms.

4.1 Prices and Billing

• Prices are shown at checkout.
• Prices may change for future purchases or renewals.

4.2 Payment Plans

• You authorize automatic charges on the agreed schedule.
• You are responsible for successful payments.
• Failed payments may result in paused access.

4.3 Signature Members Club

Signature Members Club is a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated. Monthly payments are installments toward the annual commitment, not a cancel-anytime subscription.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or partial participation.

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

Late or failed payments may result in immediate access suspension. We may attempt recharges or pursue lawful recovery of amounts due.

You agree to contact us first at join@wealthbeing.now before initiating any chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in access termination and recovery actions.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform, Content, schedules, or delivery methods at any time.

All Content is owned by or licensed to Wealth Being LLC and is protected by law.

• Content is for personal use only.
• No copying, sharing, resale, or recording is permitted.
• All activations and mentorship materials are proprietary.

You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. We may remove content or terminate access if behavior harms the community or brand.

All non-public materials, methods, frameworks, and community discussions are confidential and may not be disclosed.

Our Services are educational and personal development only. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Being LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services linked to or used within the Platform.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breaches, misuse, chargebacks, or unlawful behavior. Payment obligations remain.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled within UAE jurisdiction.
